I am a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT, LPC) in private practice since 1994 in the North Texas area.

What Brought Me To EBT

I have been a life-long learner and regularly seek out what's new in my two favorite topics, mindfulness and neuroscience. Sometime in 2009 I found the jewel "Wired for Joy" by Laurel Mellin. It's fair to say, 'the rest is history!'

My Professional History

I began my career Community Mental Health and then moved into private hospital psychiatric care, serving as Administrator/Executive Director of three hospitals prior to starting my own private practice.
