About Me

I grew up with horses, rodeos and lots of ranch life! Since then, I spend my free time with anything outdoors like kayaking, mountain biking, running and once a year snow skiing. My life is rich with my husband of 37 years, three grown children and my two little rascals, my grandchildren.

What Brought Me To EBT

My desire for longer lasting results for my clients brought me to EBT and what keeps me an EBT'er for life is the personal transformation I have experienced and my continued learning, changing and growing due to EBT. My life mission now is to share the power of EBT!

My Professional History

I am a Registered and Licensed Dietitian since 1988 and an Integrative and Functional Nutrition Certified Practitioner and most passionately an EBT Certified Provider.
