About Me

I’m a mental health therapist living in Oregon with my husband and cat. I have four grown kids and love nature, walks, gardening, books and movies. I first learned EBT twenty years ago and have loved keeping up with the science and skills.

What Brought Me To EBT

I have a history of food, weight, alcohol, shopping, smoking, (you name it!) issues. Although originally focused on helping others, I quickly realized I needed these skills as much as anyone! They’ve been a godsend and I’ve seen over and over how transformational the tools are for clients.

I’ve worked in hospital settings, primary care clinics, health education departments and private practice.
