Certified EBT Provider Since 2007
I am a Preventive Care Specialist, a Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist, and a Certified Nutrition Specialist. I live in the Los Angeles area with my young twin daughters and husband. They are the loves of my life! I love nature and being outdoors. I enjoy running, hiking, yoga and Pilates. I am passionate about my work. I have been on both sides of the fence when it comes to being happy and healthy. I know without a doubt that we can change! My mission in life is to help people truly change their lives so they can feel peace, joy, vitality, and freedom.
I became involved with EBT in 2006 and became certified in 2007. I was working as a Preventive Care Specialist for a medical group that offered Solution Training (now EBT). I loved the method and almost immediately began the certification process. As a Preventive Care Specialist, I focus on the prevention of chronic disease. I believe that we must change the brain if we are going to change any health behaviors. EBT changes the brain!
I have a diverse background that allows me to bring a unique perspective to my students, patients, and program participants.
