About Me

Greetings from Tulsa, OK, USA :) I am an ardent believer in the benefits of EBT! I've been practicing whatever Laurel Mellin is teaching since 2003. I have 37+ years of sobriety in 12-step recovery. I'm happily married, (for the 2nd time) have two grown children, and two grandsons!! And we are pet-free, enjoying other people's pets more :) We like to travel, too! Even short road trips around our beautiful T-town!

What Brought Me To EBT

I have struggled with an eating disorder in my adult years. I discovered Laurel Mellin on Oprah :) and thought I'd give her method a try. I joined a Telegroup, had connection buddies, and went through all the kits. Then I moved away from EBT all the while doing 3-day solutions for years! I did keep the email coming, tho, never unsubscribed. Then, covid hit, and well, I grabbed back on to those daily evening workshops to maintain sanity! And I love love love what EBT has become over the years! Even more excellent, refined, and effective! Thanks, Laurel!
