Our 60-Minute Telegroup includes the Online Plus membership and a weekly private 60-minute telephonic group with 7 other participants and a Certified EBT Provider. The sessions include in-depth coaching at each session and personalizing your program weekly.
This package includes “connections” with other participants through our private between sessions, which research has shown to improve member satisfaction and health outcomes. Recommended for treating stress overload and stress eating with personalized support and Cycle Coaching in each session.
